Meet The Certified Lovergirls

We are Madelyn and Sicily Birchall, a transformational healing duo devoted to nervous system regulation, embodied liberation, and soul remembrance.

As trauma-informed breathwork facilitators, somatic practitioners, and medicine women, we create sacred, grounded spaces where healing is real, deep, and lasting. Our work blends science, ceremony, and somatic practices to guide you back into self-trust, clarity, and embodied wholeness—helping you come home to yourself and step into a life rich with joy, presence, and freedom.

Madelyn brings a science-rooted lens through her background in kinesiology, neuro-linguistic programming, and trauma-informed coaching—translating complex emotional and physiological experiences into practical, embodied tools for resilience and clarity. Sicily brings a deeply intuitive, heart-led presence as a Reiki Master, doula, sacred space holder, and medicine woman—holding reverent containers where healing unfolds with gentleness, integrity, and care.

Together, we hold space that is both powerful and playful, where intensity meets safety, depth meets tenderness, and transformation is anchored in the body.

Our Services

  • Nervous system regulation will be an inevitable byproduct of this deeply immersive 8-week experience. Greater self-awareness, emotional regulation tools, and a regulated nervous system will bring you greater clarity. With that fresh perspective—along with daily practices, new habits, and supportive behaviors—we’ll help guide you back home to the biggest, brightest, most authentic YOU.

    With weekly sessions focused on a new topic each week, paired with weekly homework and bi-weekly breathwork journeys, you’ll be supported in diving into the deepest parts of yourself while learning to integrate those insights into daily life.

    Over the course of these 8 weeks, you’ll learn that relating to your body, and honoring and acknowledging all emotions— big and small— that have never had the chance to be expressed,  combined with intentional moments of stillness—will be your greatest teacher.

    What’s Included:

    • Education/practices for nervous system and emotional regulation

    • Tools to reconnect with yourself and remember who you are

    • Practices that teach you how to honor your sacred RAGE and all other BIG emotions you never felt safe enough to feel

    • Weekly meditations, recordings, and journal prompts aligned with each topic

    • Bi-weekly guided breathwork journeys for deep release and integration

    • Initial and final assessments to measure progress and transformation

    • Week 1 kickoff and nervous system education session to set the foundation

    • Weekly 60-minute touch-base calls for personalized support

    • Daily/weekly check-off sheets to help you stay consistent

    • Curated resources (books, podcasts, IG pages, etc.) to deepen your journey

  • Using Holotropic Breathwork techniques we will guide you through a deeply immersive experience designed to help you release what no longer serves, reconnect with your body, and access your inner wisdom. Through intentional breathwork, music, and guided support, you’ll move beyond the mind and into embodied states of healing, insight, and transformation.

    This journey creates a safe container for you to explore emotions, memories, and sensations that may have never had a space to be expressed—whether it’s grief, rage, joy, or wonder. By connecting to your body and breath, you’ll unlock clarity, integration, and a deeper sense of wholeness, leaving the session feeling lighter, freer, and more fully alive.

    What’s Included:

    • 2 hour Guided Holotropic Breathwork session with live facilitation

    • Pre-session orientation to prepare your mind, body, and nervous system

    • A curated journey playlist to support deep emotional and somatic release

    • Support in the form of scents, instruments, reiki energy work, and grounding techniques

    • Integration support & discussion post session

    • Guidance on grounding and aftercare to help you integrate insights into daily life

    • Optional one-on-one follow-up or coaching to process breakthroughs

    • A safe, trauma-informed container held by two trained facilitators

    1:1 Transformational Coaching with Madelyn is a highly personalized, nervous-system-aware container designed to help you remember who you are — through reconnecting with yourself, feeling safe in your body, and relearning how to trust your body’s innate wisdom, so you can move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

    Together, we work at the root — where your thoughts, emotions, body, and subconscious meet — to unwind survival patterns, restore self-trust, and support a more aligned and authentic way of living.

    These sessions are equal parts compassionate and catalytic, blending science-backed tools with somatic, emotional, and intuitive work to create meaningful, sustainable shifts.

    A unique part of this work is Madelyn’s ability to see and reflect your innate potential and gifts, often before you can see them clearly for yourself — and support you in integrating them in ways that create more joy, freedom, and abundance in your life.

    Each 1:1 container is intuitively guided and tailored to you, but may include:

      Meet the parts of you that learned to cope, protect, or perform — and bring them back into wholeness.

    • Integration & Real-Life Application
      This isn’t just insight — we translate awareness into action, boundaries, embodiment, and tangible change in your life.

    • Personalized Reflections, & Homework
      Practices, prompts, or tools offered as needed to support integration between sessions.
